is worth a read. Gifted article www.nytimes.com/2024/11/03/us/trump-christian-religion.html?unlocked_article_code=1.XE4.EljM.BFrYDb7HpW-m&smid=url-shareIn his final campaign events with conservative Christian activists and politicians, Mr. Trump is promising to elevate not only their policy priorities but also their ideological influence. He says he will affirm that God made only two genders, male and female. He will create a federal task force to fight anti-Christian bias. And he will give enhanced access to conservative Christian leaders, if they elect him.
“It will be directly into the Oval Office — and me,” Mr. Trump told pastors in Georgia. “We have to save religion in this country.”

The BlueAnon conspiracy theories are doublespeak straight from 1984. Donald Trump would simultaneously be the least and the most religious president.
Honestly, the level of psychosis from the libtards is at an unparalleled level. Hopefully they will return to some sort of reality after the election.

Donald Trump would simultaneously be the least and the most religious president. . True. He will push the religious restriction and laws because he has support from the people who want such things. He would ignore them himself because his isn't at all personally Christian.

And what support of those who pass laws in Congress do you think he has if he even wanted to do so?

Everyone falls short of the glory of God - to use their terminology - but, damn, he's hit rock bottom.

I suspect he will try to allow denial of service discrimination on religious grounds, bring prayer back into schools, and increase restrictions on abortion and birth control. All of congress wouldn't support it, but the Republicans would because they fear the religious right's voting bloc.

Like I said, it's doublespeak. You say "for the sane folks" and then present an unhinged conspiracy theory with no basis in reality. If Trump was going to make us some Christian Nationalist country, why didn't he the first term?

Thanks. Alsom where have you seen him with a plan to force prayer onto public schools? Abortion and birth control he has explicitly distanced himself from the Christians on . Sounds like you've been smoking the DNC crack that's been going around.

They usually save that comment for CHRISTIANS aka those who've been saved. trump has not, is not.

Even most fundamentalists have now accepted a plate from the hypocritical steam table of buffet style Christianity.

“It will be directly into the Oval Office — and me,” Mr. Trump told pastors in Georgia. “We have to save religion in this country.”Trump reminds me of the fake faith healer in the movie Leap of Faith, Jonas Nightengale, who is called out by the town sheriff during a tent meeting. Trump hasn't admitted to any of this, but MAGA thinks he has, somehow, somewhere in his 'heart', and are giving him the benefit of the doubt, as he is furthering their world view and agenda. Which is his biggest grift, they just don't want to see it. IMHO.
