Yup. Something he's made PAINFULLY obvious in the course of this discussion. You're agreeing with someone who thinks Trump is ineligible to hold office under the 14th Amendment. He's agreeing with one of the many people who see what is. Not just what they want to see.

And you believe that "you must keep your stuff separate" is the same thing as "you can declare anything you like your personal property". What's your point? It's a good thing Trump hates the White House, since according to you he could just point at it and say "mine!" lol

How can someone separate their personal records from presidential records without making decisions about categorizing them?

It's a good thing Trump hates the White House, since according to you he could just point at it and say "mine!" lol Think about this, mike. How can someone separate their personal records from presidential records without making decisions about categorizing them? Because unless you're a retarded infant, there's no "decision" to be made. Documents relating to his businesses, his taxes, his health, his mistresses, his many lawsuits, etc = "personal records". Documents relating to the operations of the United States and to his position as POTUS = "presidential records". Especially since another part of the law you've decided to ignore clearly states that documents will be designated one or the other AT TIME OF CREATION. But hey, we get it. You think Trump can take any and all documents that cross his desk and arbitrarily say "MINE!" Because "you must keep your personal records separate" it the EXACT SAME THING as "you can declare anything and everything you want yours". And of course, you're still ignoring the fact that TRUMP HIMSELF REPEATEDLY ACKNOWLEDGED THAT HE WAS IN POSSESSION OF GOVERNMENT PROPERTY. Sad. Very, very sad...lol
