I guess the reasoning is if a 16 or 17 year old is working he or she should get a voice? Maybe let them register if they have employment and have demonstrated responsibility?

I bet the idiot proposing wouldn't agree with allowing 16 years old to buy & consume alcohol. If they are not mature enough to handle alcohol, what makes him think they are mature enough to handle the responsibility of voting? Clearly a vote grab by the left, as young people predominantly vote left, and nothing to do with what is reasonable. |
