You can believe whatever you want. What other people do with their sex lives still isn't your business. Actually it is my business as it becomes a public health concern. We saw this with AIDS and Monkeypox.Β I married the girl I did because she wasn't the town bicycle and therefor has remained loyal to me. Now, there's a bunch of depraved swingers in my town, and I agree it's not my business as I'm not trying to get with them...but it was totally my business to pick a wife who wasn't a swinger or a slut who would respect me.Β I valued her education, her financial independence, her attention to family and wanting to raise one, and her low body count above all other factors. It worked.Β I also ran this post through the IQ estimator - you got an 87.

I think men wish that was a cope. I can assure you it isn't. Some women are just as bad about "locker room" talk as men are. Fuckbois are not relationship material. No one is trying to turn one into a boyfriend. Reminds me of The Chica after we met after leaving a party with questionalble people. Hers was a asshole fuckboi with rumored huge dick. Me with the "campus bicycle" We saw each other the next morning and decided to go to the cafe for breakfast. I asked why oh why did you leave with John? She was like some times a girl just needs to be fucked by a huge dick who has a huge dick. You're a wonderfully strange, unfiltered and candid poster Vassaggo; an original. San926f,

Exactly. The more promiscuous women become, the less men want to "settle down" with them. We can see this even more pronounced in the Christian communities where women are encouraged not to do so, and have by far higher marriage rates and childbirth rates. It may not be PC, but it is a real thing as men are biologically trained not to date sluts as that makes them unsure if they are the father or not. Could you troll any harder? Of course Christian communities will set their own standards. You just cannot set standards for the world. Your faith results in good fruit which is your testimony, good works of the faith, the only true act of religion. Jesus never called anyone a slut. Why the fuck would anyone listen to him if he did? Pharisees already did that. Oh look, it's another nonChristian telling a Christian what they should believe. Per usual, the mercy part is emphasized where as the judgmental side is ignored. Read the story of Jesus at the well. He calls out that lady for having had 4 husbands and living with a 5th dude she isn't married to. And after talking with her, he didn't condone her promiscuous behavior, but instead said "Go and sin no more."

βLoosingβ? No, Iβm more against misogynist fathers brainwashing their young daughters into thinking that their only value to a man is their virginity and they must pledge their virginity to a man. Thatβs sick and twisted. Males do value it though. It helps make them feel certain of paternity. Insecure males value it. If you canβt trust your βmateβ to be secure enough in your relationship to know that your children are yours, it doesnβt speak much about your relationship.

I didnβt watch the video, but to answer the question, yes. Girls are trained from a young age that their βvirginityβ is supposed to be a gift to their male partners. Boys arenβt taught that. Girls are made to sign βpurity pledgesβ to to their fathers, which is really sick. Virginity is used to oppress women and girls. I'm curious, and I figured I'd use the opportunity to ask instead of look it up. What exactly is a purity pledge?
It sounds self-explanatory, like a pledge of purity, but what actually is it? Is it a Christian thing?

It's definitely rooted in insecurity, but most things with regard to mating are. Women's desire for strong and capable men to love them is rooted in female insecurity. If she were secure a weak man would work fine because she'd take care of herself.

Basically it's a pledge to save oneself for marriage. The bitter incel is making it seem like it's only girls who take it, but this is a lie. Tim Tebow famously had one and was made fun of for being a virgin despite playing in the NFL for years. Eventually, he married a Christian who was also a virgin and now they have a family.

There is no man who isn't gay or a degenerate pervert who wants his wife to sleep around. Otherwise, he has no relationship.
Just like no woman wants a dude who sleeps around. Do you know what the point of marriage is? It's to provide stability to raise a family.
Similarly, I would put being an ex meth addict in the same category. Sure, it might be my "insecurity" or whatever, but the fact she could relapse at any time and ruin the family makes it a no-go.
And women have similar standards for men.

If you're referring to Molly though then boooooo. I like Molly.
I don't understand what there is to make fun of. If it's his choice, it's his choice, although I'm not above speculating there's some grooming going on in there. I could see making light of the pledge, but not him for signing it. Not if he was a kid and made to think it was legally binding or something. But it seems like he found his life on terms that were either his or that he made his, so good for him.

There is nothing wrong with being being a virgin. It's wrong to shame people for that as well.

What "grooming" would encourage kids not to have sex? Grooming would be the opposite, saying it's okay to experiment sexuality, which is not entirely unlike the LGBT curriculum being taught in schools, hence the opposition to it.

you seem to equate virginity with fidelity. You can be in a monogamous relationship, but it doesn't work out and so move on to another relationship where you eventually marry. It doesn't mean that person is going to cheat on their spouse, but they aren't virgins either. This is where most people are.
